STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS FOR STUDENT SUCCESS COORDINATOR - Strategic Partnerships for Student Success

POSITION OVERVIEW
This position supports a highly skilled and dynamic team of professionals whose mission is to support districts in building capacity for equitable systems to better meet the academic and social, emotional and behavioral health needs of their students, staff and families in Linn, Benton and Lincoln Counties. These services fall into two categories. Our coaches and facilitators provide training, coaching and technical assistance to districts to support the work of Integrated Guidance, instructional improvement, mentoring and MTSS. Our contracted services staff provide consultation and direct support for students, families and staff related to behavior and family needs. The Strategic Partnerships for Student Success (SPSS) Coordinator will provide the support needed to ensure positive, effective service delivery and continual improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) administrative license required.
- Master's Degree in education, social work, or related field.
- Three years of successful experience with projects involving schools and the integrated delivery of services to children and families, including experience supporting the development of short- and long-range planning processes and timelines. Three years' successful experience in supervision/administration preferred.
- Successful experience in education in the K-12 environment is required; experience with specific expertise in behavioral health and family support is preferred.
- Preferred experience leading others in an educational organization and demonstrating the ability to promote/develop individual performance and professional growth in staff.

- Ability to lift, carry at least 25 pounds.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Regularly supervise, direct, and evaluate program staff, providing coaching and opportunities for professional growth, in accordance with LBL policies and procedures.
- Lead and/or assist in the recruitment, screening, hiring and onboarding of employees.
- Oversee and support district-level meetings, trainings, and Communities of Practice led by program staff to establish and maintain a coherent, aligned K-12 model for behavioral health and family support services across districts, ensuring alignment with a collective regional vision for sustainable services.
- Oversee the completion of the ongoing regional needs assessment and maintenance of a resource map of existing behavioral health and family support services, working with program staff to identify gaps and adjust service delivery.
- Support program staff in consulting with and coaching District Leadership Teams to identify priorities, develop action plans, and monitor progress.
- Oversee coordination of regional professional learning and training offerings, including scheduling and logistical support for staff leading cohorts and district training.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with community-based organizations, tribes, municipal governments, and public service agencies to plan and implement integrated delivery of education, health care, juvenile justice, and social services across Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties.
- Oversee crisis response and prevention processes in coordination with Suicide Prevention and Student Wellness Specialists partnering with program staff, districts, and community partners.
- Develop administrative agreements and processes connecting ESD-based teams with districts, schools, and communities.
- Support the Program Director in ensuring compliance with federal and state law and grant provisions, and in developing and maintaining balanced program budgets.
- Collaboratively work with the Program Director and component school districts to address staffing, organizational, and budgetary needs, maintaining regular communication with districts regarding services and issues.
- Support the Program Director in establishing program procedures and policy recommendations, and in preparing and transferring records, reports, and correspondence as required.

Placement on the Linn Benton Lincoln ESD Administrative salary schedule will be commensurate with applicant’s qualifications, relevant training, and experience
